my science fair question is "what color of primary light will generate the most energy from solar panels?" but i need to figure out what i mean by "most energy". Should i measure it in watts or volts or are there other ways that are more precise and i need a meter of some sort that i can measure the power with. so…. What way should i measure my solar panel output and where can i find a meter to measure it
