solar power question-very lite use…?

ok, question,
what do you think the amount of panels needed and cost of installation/basic upkeep for;
300 square foot cabin, used weekends only.
open flame heat, so for lighting, mini fridge (plugged in only while cabin is occupied) hot plate maybe a radio. thats about it.
anythoughts?
how much energy do you think that is?
I would purchase a new * energy star mini fridge, and like i said, it wouldnt be running thru the entire week, just would plug it in when i get up there.
and the hot plate wouldnt be running all day, just when needed
why would i get propane to run a hot plate a maxium of 6 hours a month? I have propane now, wouldnt propane containers cost more anyhow? im not sure how i would hike to a cabin with a propane tank. maybe a little coleman propane stove, sure, but thats for outdoor use, and not 10 feet away from the open flame of a fireplace.
last time im gonna add additional details, promise.
people are telling me to forget it, or not use the hot plate, which is unreasonable, not to mention my question is:
How Many Panels, How expencive?

I was thinking solar may be less expensive then having to pay a few thousand to have a power company run the power into the woods in the middle of no-wheres-ville, not to mention my added monthly expences, divided over many years.
point is,
I want the hot plate, I want the mini fridge, and lights, what would it take to have it.
