Solar power battery question?

i built a 20 volt aprox. 60 watt solar panel and have a sunforce 30 amp digital charge controller

will this set up charge 4, 6 volt 200 amp hour golf cart batteries wired to make 12 volts in a day of full sun if the batteries are almost drained
