what you cited were SUBSIDIZED JOBS — not where a town put in a windmill because it was cheap and gave them cheap energy
Sure, my town can get rich if Obama makes your families pay my town an outrageous amount of money to give you power that is more expensive than you ever thought it would be. But, that is different then a town putting in a windmill and saving money — because it does NOT happen. Wind is EXPENSIVE.
